When the System allocates specific seats it takes accounts his/her religion as his caste which is discriminatory as the Caste or Religion shouldn't play any role as caste or religion is a belief (something irrelevant to the area).
Things should be Accounted is the Capability of the individual to achieve the course of education which he/she desire to get educated in.
In India, Seats are allocated as per the caste and religion which is discriminatory.
The Education System should allow Individual Allocation according to their Percentage Only.
